"نسبت روایی محتوا یا CVR بُطور ویژہ بررسی کنت که هر گویه تا چہ اندازه «ضروری» اِست. در ای روش، متخصصان هر گویه ره در سه دسته ضروری، مفید اما غیرضروری، و غیرضروری طبقه‌بندی کننت. نسبت بدست آمده نشان داتگ که چند نفر اَز متخصصان یک گویه ره غیرقابل حذف دانستگ اند و در نتیجہ برای ابقای آن در ابزار اولویت قائل بوتگ اند.
ای شاخص بُویژه در مرحلۀ طراحی و توسعه ابزار اهمیت دارِت، زیرا مانع از طولانی یا غیرکارآمد شدن ابزار می‌شود. گویه‌هایی که CVR پایینی دارنت معمولاً حذف بوتگ اند و ای کار باعث تمرکز بیشتر ابزار بر محتوای معنادار و ضروری خواهد بوت. در نهایت، CVR بہ دقت علمی ابزار کمک کرده و آن ره کارآمدتر و کاربردی‌تر می‌سازد."
